I was born in Mexico...

My ethnic background consists of two countries on different continents...I'm half Mexican and half Russian...

English was not my first language...Spanish was :-)

I attended a Russian pre-school in Chicago...

My father was a member of the Mexican Olympic team and my mother was on the Russian National team...

I won an international competition at the age of 12...in Mexico City for Gymnastics.

I was on ESPN for gymnastics my freshman year of high school for the coverage of the Illinois State High School Competition...

Placed 2nd in the State Diving Competition my senior year of high school. This was my second year as a diver. Diving and academics were my tickets to Miami University... 

I studied abroad in a summer exchange program for school...Je parle français aussi! 

I LOVE my hobbies...cooking, crafting, DIY, home-renovations, watching sports, yoga, photography, traveling and of course spending time with my handsome hubby (we are expecting our first baby this year!)...
